These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tvs71 ("tvs71", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the tvs71 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and all associated features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise using any feature of the tvs71 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any deposits returned in accordance with our verification protocol.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the tvs71 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. tvs71 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with secondary accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly in the event of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Verification Documents. tvs71 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You agree to notify tvs71 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. tvs71 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tvs71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the tvs71 Platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the tvs71 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to standard processing times of the relevant payment provider.

3.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. tvs71 requires full identity verification (KYC) to be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. This includes verification of your identity documents and your registered payment method. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw until verification is successfully completed.

3.5 No Money Laundering. The tvs71 Platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. tvs71 reserves the right to report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities. Deposits made to the Platform must originate from funds legally owned by the account holder. Depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gambling activity constitutes suspicious behaviour and may result in account closure and reporting.

3.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. tvs71 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, subject to prior email notification to the registered address. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

4.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers and bonuses available on the tvs71 Platform are subject to individual terms and eligibility criteria specified at the time of each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified players who have made at least one qualifying deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before related winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the corresponding promotion terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x applies.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the tvs71 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing bets that qualify for bonus rollover while simultaneously hedging to minimise risk, or any other pattern of play that tvs71 reasonably determines to be bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

4.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. tvs71 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided those bonuses comply with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the tvs71 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. tvs71 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed except where an obvious technical error has occurred.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, event, and account tier. tvs71 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.

5.3 Void Bets. tvs71 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, system malfunction, or where the outcome of an event has been manipulated or is subject to a dispute. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tvs71 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any AI-assisted wagering tools;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information during live casino play;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed;
• Sharing of account credentials or allowing a third party to place bets on your account;
• Any form of aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour directed at tvs71 staff or other players via any communication channel.

5.5 Disconnection During Play. In the event of a connection interruption during an active game round or live casino session, tvs71's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of any incomplete bet. The result recorded on our servers at the time of the interruption shall be final and binding.

7.2 Termination by tvs71. tvs71 may permanently close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Underage gambling confirmed through verification;
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity;
• Abusive behaviour towards tvs71 staff or other players;
• Court order or request from a relevant law enforcement authority.

7.3 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your tvs71 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, less any applicable fees or amounts owed to tvs71. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

7.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the tvs71 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability — shall remain in full force and effect.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the tvs71 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, game code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of tvs71 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tvs71 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of tvs71.

8.3 Game Provider Content. Certain games and interactive content available on the tvs71 Platform are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Microgaming. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their licensing terms. tvs71 does not claim ownership over third-party provider content.

9.1 Platform Availability. tvs71 does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. tvs71 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.

10.1 Right to Amend. tvs71 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10.2 Review Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the tvs71 Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.3 above.

10.5 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
